OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel or rearrange an appointment, this must be done AT LEAST 24 HOURS in advance of your appointment.
We understand that occasionally unforeseen circumstances can occur, to which the team will be happy to discuss with you. However if an appointment is booked and cancelled/ rearranged suddenly, we are extremely unlikely to fill this slot. You can notify us via telephone or email (01323 301710 or firstname.lastname@example.org), we also accept an answerphone message during this time, if we are closed or a member of staff is not available.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the cost of the appointment.
A 'no show' to an appointment will be subject to a 100% charge of the cost of the appointment.
If you cancel or rearrange your appointment 24 hours before, you will not be subject to a charge.
All classes should be booked prior to the session, with 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend. This does not affect the amount of sessions you have pre-paid. A 'no show' to a class already marked as attending will be counted as a session used that has been pre-paid for.
