This website is owned by 4front Physiotherapy which will be referred to herein as 'us', 'our' or 'we'.

Usage of Website:
1. Our website is provided to you for your personal use. By using the website you agree to be bound by this Disclaimer.
2. The information contained on this website is for general use and information only. The contents of this website does consist of professional advice but in general terms for a condition, not for an individual with such injuries/conditions. Therefore, you are advised to seek a medical opinion from either your GP or book an appointment with us to help you on an individual basis as all people are different even if they are diagnosed with the same injury.
3. This disclaimer is likely to be updated from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of this website. If there are any changes you will be notified via a suitable announcement on this website. After we have provided you with notice of any changes, then the changes will take place shortly after notification. If you do not agree with the new disclaimer you should not continue to use this website. If you continue to use the website after the date on which the change/s comes into effect, your use of the website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new disclaimer.

Availability of the Website
1. We cannot promise that the Website will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with our website you should report it to info@4frontphysiotherapy.co.uk and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we can. Your access to the website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new content. We will attempt to restore access as soon as we reasonably can.
Liability

The Website may provide content from other internet sites or resources and while we try to ensure that material included on the website is correct, reputable and of high quality, it does not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to that content. If we are informed of any inaccuracies within the content on this website we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can, after investigation into what aspect were incorrect and why.

Any rights that you may have as a consumer (i.e. a purchaser for private as opposed to business, academic or government use) are not affected.

General -
1. This Disclaimer will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. If you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United Kingdom.

We make no promise that the materials on the Website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access the website from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Guarantee / Warranty

The majority of our products are guaranteed for twelve months by the manufacturer/supplier. Our warranty does not cover items used outside of Mainland UK and does not include the cost for the hire of a replacement product(s).

Our warranties provide coverage only if you maintain or use the product as directed. For example, only personal use and not business/general use.

If there are multiple users of the product then we would not cover any product faults. Please note that if you have made any modifications to the product then this invalidates the manufacturer's warranty and the 4front Physiotherapy guarantee.

We do provide servicing for certain products, however this is at a cost. Please contact info@4frontphysiotherapy.co.uk to find out ore about costing for servicing.

This information provided does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note some of our processes are manual and errors can occur. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused. We reserve the right to cancel any order or session where obvious errors in pricing, product description have occurred, or if the physiotherapist/health professional has been verbally or physically abused.

Statutory Rights - These Terms and Conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.

Returns:

At 4front Physiotherapy we offer a 14 Days (Calendar Days) cooling off period in which customers can inspect the goods and determine suitability. To exercise this right, you must notify us initially by phone on 01323 392324 and in writing by email to: info@4frontphysiotherapy.co.uk. On receipt of your request a returns number will be issued by us and we will send you a returns form.

Goods must be returned at your cost within 14 days of the date of your notification to us that you wish to return the goods. When returning items a returns form & returns number will need to accompany the goods. Failure to do so will result in your returned goods not being traceable.

All products must be returned complete, unused, in an undamaged state and in their original packing. If products are not returned in their original condition on return, 4front Physiotherapy reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of any product(s). This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, labour and any subsequent loss to 4front physiotherapy.

All refunds will be processed within 14 days following receipt of goods. Regretfully, we cannot fully refund or exchange a product if it is bespoke or if the product(s) were specially adapted to suit your requirements unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. These conditions are imposed upon us by our supplier.
